Returns

30 Days to request a return from the day you receive your item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

1. Log into your account on our website.
2. Go to Paper Trail & Account > "Orders".
3. Click Return Item(s) next to the order.
4. Complete the return form including your reason.
5. You’ll receive return instructions via email.

Refunds

Once we inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 Business Days.

Return Shipping

You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If so, we cover the cost.
