At Music Industries, we don’t warehouse stock — we integrate directly with South Africa’s official importers to bring you access to the full product range, delivered straight from source.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our systems connect to the relevant importer’s warehouse and schedule a collection via Ship Logic, the Courier Guy API. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows:

Main centres: 2–4 business days
Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Tracking details are emailed to you once your shipment is collected.

Shipping Method

We use The Courier Guy exclusively. All deliveries are arranged via the Ship Logic API, ensuring precise, secure logistics with real-time status updates.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping begins at a base rate of R100.00. This may adjust depending on the volumetric weight of your total order and the value of the item(s).

High-value orders above R10,000.00 may include an additional insurance fee to ensure full coverage during transit. Final shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Backorders & Delays

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, you’ll be notified immediately. We’ll offer an ETA, refund, or alternative — with transparent communication at every step.
